Q Can I switch weight classes?

A. Yes. You can switch weight classes and compete. It is helpful, but not required to inform the meet directors if you plan on changing weight classes before the contest. Otherwise if you weigh in at a different weight class come meet day, you will just compete in that group.





Q. What attire must be worn to compete

A.To compete in any Powerlifting contest, the following minimum attire is required.

  • Polyester Singlet
  • Knee High Socks (for Deadlifting)
  • Powerlifting Shoes or athletic shoes
  • T Shirt (non polyester)

Q: What is the refund policy for this event?


A: Refunds are only issued after the waiting list is set up once this meet fills up. If you withdraw from this event and someone from the waiting list takes your place and pays their entry, your entry will then be refunded. Refunds are only issues via Paypal or Facebook money transfer
